- Characteristics
It uses the imported PLC and touch-operation screen or the computer control. The system has the open style, and it is of high speed and easy to operate. The rectifier sets the electric current, and there is the automatic wave mechanical feeding system. It could be controlled by the computer and it has high degree of automation. Also it has power cut-off memory and automatic error detecting. And it has such operation functions as fully-automatic, semi-automatic, emergency manual operation, remote operation. The traveler driving uses the imported brand brake and speed reducer motor and uses the stainless steel main axle. Its operation is stable and reliable. The negative pole can swing in 15 degree included angle. The plating tank has the motor vibration device to improve the plating quality for the small parts and the small holes.
The tank body uses the imported good-quality PP plate and is reinforced with 3*60*80 tube to ensure the strong tank without deformation.
The machine frame uses the quality stainless steel 304 or 316, which makes it strong and have good anti-corrosion. The gantry traveler has open and close style and the style of single elevation double hooks. It is easy to do maintenance.
Also there is floating frame equipped to improve the plating evenness.
