一、特点

显影、蚀刻、退膜、工艺连线生产可降低成本，适用于标准的双面PCB板的生产采用耐腐蚀隔膜压力表上下单独控制喷淋压力，控制上下显影、蚀刻速率。

Characteristics

The development,etching,film-withdrawing line can reduce the cost.It is suitable for the production of the standard two-side PCB board.It use the anti-corrosion pressure gauge to control separetely the upper and lower spraying pressure and to control the upper and lower development and the etching speed.

二、工艺流程

入板、显影、循环水洗、市水洗、吸干、检查、碱性蚀刻、络合洗、循环水洗、市水洗、吸干、检查、退膜、循环水洗、市水洗、吸干、强风吹干、热风吹干、出板。
